Each adventure includes a pre-vetted dog pack, thoughtfully planned and scouted routes, and door-to-door pickup & drop-off. Dogs enjoy a minimum 5-hour hike (up to an 8-hour day total), with ample water and healthy snacks along the way, plus a quick brush/wipe-down before heading home. You’ll also receive photos and videos from the day.

Safety is our top priority at Laika’s Landing. We’re fully insured, certified in dog first aid & CPR, and always carry a first aid kit. Dogs are carefully grouped into pre-vetted, vaccinated packs, transported with seatbelts, and taken only to thoroughly scouted, safe locations - with constant access to water and proper nutrition.
-
Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, friendly with people and other dogs, physically fit for extended outdoor activity, and have reliable recall for off-leash environments. We also recommend flea & tick prevention. If your dog isn’t quite there yet, we do offer training support to help them safely work up to group adventures.
-
Laika's dogs are taken off-leash in safe, controlled environments once they’ve demonstrated reliable recall and appropriate pack behavior. Otherwise, they remain on-leash.
-
We adventure in rain, shine, or snow, adjusting locations and intensity as needed to keep dogs safe and comfortable. In cases of extreme weather, hikes may be rescheduled.
-
We understand that things come up, but as we operate with limited spots, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
